yeah peepsy...
so here i am blogging
just came back
for today werk is damn fcuking irritating
since there is dis promo 2009
early 8.30 orang dah line up pat depan kiosk
Sporeans is kiasu i admit.for only one hour the 2009 quota is redeemed
until my manager came down coz ade cxustomer mengamok
ape ketidak dah line up pnjg pnjg den they cannot get the ride coz its fully book
just imagine 2009 for 3 jetties
liang court is the biggest and where most pipol go
then merlion..so basically more pipol will serbu our place
heard from liang court pipol line up untill the bridge which is about 1 km away from our kiosk
then have to fight wit the boatmen
and also the uncle incharge of the boat from jetty 1
This uncle heng asking me rc 13 how many i load
so i told him uncle wait still loading
then he asked again how many u load rc 13?
uncle still loading lah wait counting
isnt it irritating how to inform if the passenger i9s still doing boarding
then got this customer he really make me wanna cry
i forgot that he paid for the ticket so i though his was free one
so i told the ticket to be load first coz the boat can only take 30 more passenger
then he shouted at me...how can i remember when there is like hundred plus of pipol there
urgh...damn dis pipol can't they understand us...
then came dis lady wanna complain saying dat we make pipol line up for nearly three hours
just to get the free ride
then she say wanna complain and make a big fuss about our procedure
she say dat we shud just issue ticket and all the staff
then i explain to her nicelt saying dat i need to write their NRIC and name on this particular form and then the carbon paper have to be sent to office
but she insist of telling me to give all the ticket and dun let pipol line up
wat the hell sape yang keje nie skrg
yes its a free ride not dat we wanna take advantage becoz its free and make pipol wait
but thats the risk wat its is our fault?
dah STB give quota 2009 and its redeem in only one hour is it our fault?
aiyo explain to her no point until i have to raise voice
still dun wanna go away so i tell her here my office number u can complain and do call STB
kan senang banyak bebual plak dah tu management nye instruction
serious i feel like crying
when dat customer shout at me and the boatmen shout at me infront of customer airmata dah nak keluar but luckily i remember this is the challenges so just hit it....
then boyfie and his parents went down to my place
meet boyfie awhile he dye is hair red oh my god
i dun noe wat to say...
and finally its all done today
next week promotion will be at liang court all will be redeem there
so selamat lah aku...
jus because of dis i have to fight wit everyone urgh...
luckily sume understand and before going home the uncle sume cam say sori
coz if they shout and all the stuff
